Do I have carry print out of the ticket for event?
Yes, we recommend to carry a print out for easy entry to the venue.
I have not received my e-ticket. What do I need to do?
This can be due to technical error or mistake during email entrance while buying ticket. If the payment is confirmed but an e-ticket is not delivered, Please contact us on sales@eventbaba.com.au with proof of purchase.
Is there any age limit for the events listed on website?
Any age restriction is mentioned along event description. Please read all T&Cs specific to that event and make sure you comply with them.
How will I get my food ordered along with event?
Please take printout or digital version of your food QR code to vendor at event. They will scan and verify your order and will hand over your food order to you.
When I purchase through your website, is my credit/debit card information secured?
We do not collect, store or process your credit/debit card details on our website. Instead we redirect you to payment gateway provider who collects and process your card information. Our payment gateway provider is PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and hence there is no cancellation after purchase. In case you wish to cancel your order and seek refund, you may have to contact event organisers directly. It is on event organiser discretion to provide your exchange or refund of your order. In case of event cancellation, we can only initiate refund once authorised by event organiser. Any dispute arising due to cancellation and/or refund is between you and event organiser.
Can I get partial refund for food ordered along with ticket?
Unfortunately we cannot do any refund or partial refund unless authorised by Event organiser and Event caterer. In case of event cancellation, once authorised by Event organiser and Event caterer, you will get refund of original amount paid less booking fee to the same account/card through which the payment was made.
Can I change my food order post purchase?
We do not allow to change food order at the moment. However this feature will be made available later on.
Can I add food to my order after I purchased my ticket?
At this time it is not possible to add food after purchasing ticket. You will have to select your favourite food while buying tickets. However we will be adding this feature in future.
What is booking fee? How much do you charge for booking fee?
Booking fee is admin costs in running the website and providing services to you. Unless separately shown, booking fee is included in the ticket price. Our standard booking fee is 3.5%. Please note, booking is not refundable even if the event is cancelled and refund authorised by Event organiser and Event caterer.
Do I need to carry ID proof along with ticket?
Your ticket is your proof of purchase. Please carry valid ID proof along with ticket for smooth entry.
I am an event organiser and would like to list my event and sell ticket through your website.
You can do free registration online and setup your event by yourself. We can also help you setting up your event on our website if needed. If you need any help, please write us on sales@eventbaba.com.au and someone from our team will help you setting up your event. Please remember any attempt of uploading junk, script or malware, will result in immediate termination/blocking of your account and will be reported to legal agencies for actions.
How will I get my ticket?
You will receive your tickets and invoice via email. Also a link to download your ticket on your mobile phone via SMS. Please note, tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry as one ticket allows one person and valid for single entry only.
