About The Host: Founded in Sydney 2020 during COVID pandemic to support the community wellness through online platform. Our sessions offer integrated approach of yoga therapy for positive health . We offer hatha yoga ,vinyasa yoga and restorative yoga for community and also provide group/private yoga therapy session for ailments like hypertension, diabetes, asthma, obesity, thyroid, sciatica, knee and spinal disorders.
