• Please bring printed ticket confirmation for scanning purposes along with a valid ID proof for verification.
• Free admission for kids under 5 years old. Children occupying a seat have to pay normal ticket price of the category.
• Tickets are non-refundable - Once confirmed and booked, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available.
• Processing fee per ticket will be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
• If an event is cancelled/postponed, we will refund only the original value of the ticket and NOT the booking/processing fee.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue due to misconduct or misbehavior, and no refunds will be provided.
• Organizers and their authorized agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, thefts, losses, or costs during the event.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
• Event Organizer has all the rights to alter and/or modify and/or add seating arrangements based on the demand and availability of the space.
• Tickets availability and prices declared/quoted are subject to change at the sole discretion of event organizer without any notice.
